Aquamagic Terms and Conditions Welcome to Aquamagic! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to abide by the following terms and conditions: General Rules: 1. Entry Ticket: Entry to Aquamagic requires a valid ticket or wristband. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. 2. Children Supervision: Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 3. Dress Code: Proper swimwear must be worn. Loose clothing, jeans, and inappropriate attire are not allowed on rides. 4. Health and Safety: Guests with medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy are advised not to participate in certain attractions. Please consult park staff for guidance. 5. Outside Food and Drinks: Bringing outside food or beverages into Aquamagic is not permitted, except for baby food and medical needs. 6. Behavior: Disorderly conduct, including running, diving, pushing, or rough play, is not allowed. We reserve the right to remove any guest violating park rules without refund. 7. Valuables: Aquamagic is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Lockers are available for rent. 8. Photography: Personal photography is allowed. However, professional photoshoots, drones, and commercial recordings require prior permission. Attraction Rules: 1. Height and Weight Restrictions: Certain rides and attractions have height, age, and weight restrictions for safety reasons. Please follow ride-specific instructions. 2. Ride Closures: Some rides may close temporarily due to maintenance, weather conditions, or safety concerns without prior notice. No refunds will be issued. 3. Queue Etiquette: Cutting in line is prohibited. Guests must respect others while waiting for rides and attractions. Refunds and Cancellations: • Tickets and passes are non-refundable once purchased. • Special circumstances (e.g., severe weather closures) may allow for ticket rescheduling at management’s discretion. Liability: • Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. • Aquamagic, its employees, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while at the park.
